Briefed.now helps users prepare for meetings by connecting to their calendar and generating helpful summaries and insights using artificial intelligence.
Our goal is to make your workday easier — but please remember that all content is for informational purposes only and should be reviewed before use in any professional context.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

To use the Service, you must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
If you sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, you’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You may not interfere with or misuse the Service, attempt to access other users’ data, or disrupt system performance.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your own data and grant us permission to process it solely to deliver the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Briefed.now uses artificial intelligence to produce summaries and insights.
We aim for high quality and accuracy, but output may occasionally be incomplete or imprecise.
You should independently review generated content before relying on it.

7. Service Availability

We continuously work to improve and maintain the Service.
However, we may occasionally modify, pause, or discontinue features without prior notice.
While we strive for reliability, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Briefed.now and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed $50 or the amount you paid to use the Service, whichever is greater.

When we do, we’ll update the effective date above and post the new version on our website.
Your continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Delaware.
